• You understand and agree to these Terms.

Your privacy is our priority.
We do not collect or require personal identifiers such as your phone number, email address, or name.

• All message content is end-to-end encrypted and stored only on your device.
• Messages are deleted from our servers within 36 hours or less after delivery.
• We may temporarily store technical data (e.g., IP address or hardware info) for security and performance purposes only.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully.
You must not use the App to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate others.
• Share, transmit, or promote objectionable or illegal content, including:
  
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
  • Violence, exploitation, or self-harm content.
  • Spam, scams, or deceptive messages.
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious code.
    
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the App.
  
  

Zero Tolerance Policy:
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance stance toward objectionable content or abusive behavior.
Accounts involved in such activity may be immediately suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.
Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement where required by law.

If you encounter objectionable content or an abusive user, please report it within the Chat->Message->Long press->Report the message

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you send or share via the App.
  
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your local data.
  
• Ensuring your use complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
  
  

We are not responsible for user-generated content but may, at our discretion, remove or restrict access to any user or content that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its software, design, and branding, are owned by SpeakinPrivate.com or its licensors.

You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not modify, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or distribute the App or any part of it.

6. App Store License and Apple EULA Appendix

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• The App license is granted to you under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
  
• The license is non-transferable, revocable, and limited to personal use on Apple devices you own or control.
  
• Apple is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for the App.
  
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any).
  
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple shall have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
  
• Apple is not responsible for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App.
  
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce these Terms against you.
  
  

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding:

• Availability or reliability,
• Accuracy or security, or
• Suitability for a specific purpose.
  
  

You use the App entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeakinPrivate.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Any loss of data, revenue, or privacy;
  
• Any unauthorized access or technical failure.
  
  

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if:

• You violate these Terms, or
• Your use poses a risk to others, the platform, or legal compliance.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease immediately.
